Pause and reflect on that amazing process. Think for a moment about all the different parts, organs and systems in your body: your heart with its different chambers pumping blood around your body; your joints running smoothly together allowing movement and strength; your skin, hard and callous on your feet, soft and tender on your palms; your eyes or ears, so intricate; your brain, beavering away enabling thoughts, memories, ideas… Each of these, so complex and diverse came from a single, undifferentiated cell. Allow yourself to respond to God in wonder at the amazing process that took place to form… you.
